To operate this testing instrument, you can start the machine and turn ON the machine by plugging the main socket of the machine into a 3 pin 15 amp socket. Insert the pressure pipe into the pressurized air inlet. Set the test duration timing on the digital timer. Pull out the pressure regulating valve to regulate the pressure. Adjust the pressure by rotating the valve knob in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction. Users can monitor the increase or decrease in pressure with the analog pressure gauge given besides the valves knob. After setting the pressure, pull the pressure knob back to its place.

Now take the pressure pipe out of the container. Connect the pressure pipe to the pressure nipple provided with the specimen fixture. Pour water slowly into the test container. The water should be filled to such a level that the test specimen is immersed completely. Wait for the water to be stabilized. Make sure that the specimen is completely immersed in the water otherwise the test results would not be accurate. After immersing the specimen, close the lid of the container. Once you easily follow all the steps, then you can easily commence the test.
