Presto’s Laboratory Hot Air Oven functions electrically; a fan is duly installed in the machine that ensures a uniform temperate inside the chamber. The ovens have quality insulation with top quality glass wool insulation, which is supplied to fulfil various industrial requirements.

Utilizing forced air circulation, hot air ovens are used in the laboratory to perform the effect of ageing on various properties of any type of materials.

Presto’s Hot Air Oven is equipped with a double-walled chamber. The inside wall of the chamber is fabricated with heavy stainless steel, and the outside wall is made of mild steel duly powder coated. Impartial mineral glass wool insulation, which is incorporated within the walls ensures that the cabinet is well insulated.

The heaters are mounted in the ribs at the bottom of the machine and on the sides of the chamber. It is also equipped with an air circulation fan and a hot air blower that ensures constant temperature distribution. A special port is installed in the chamber with adjustable openings that have been provided in the oven for introducing an external sensor or for change of air. The control panel of the machine is provided on the side of the main body to support better visual monitoring. Samples for testing can be placed on the S.S. trays, provided with the machine for comfortable storage of test specimens.
