By keeping the material under high-temperature condition provided by the oven, one can easily ascertain the actual working life of the testing specimen. The machine works on the principle of air circulation and thermal convection. It is used in several industries for conducting quality tests like ageing, heat deformation, compression set and heat resistance in rubber & plastic industries.
It is equipped with an air circulating fan imported from German for maintaining uniform heating throughout the cabinet which ensures trusted and highly accurate results. Layered by high-grade glass wool insulation to reduce any kind of heat loss during the test and maintain an efficient performance. Alarm system installed which signals the operator after test completion
This newly designed model comes with an inbuilt graphical menu driven system along with an HMI based touchscreen display for a highly advanced and user-friendly experience. The test results can be recorded and can be taken using the USB port.
